Different Class by Pulp
Jun 12 2024

Not my taste. Theme seemed to be seductive breathy rock. I enjoyed Common People but the other tracks melded together for me.

California by American Music Club
Mar 27 2025

Soft, guitar focused, typically wailed or quiet male vocals, “rubber band” in nature - soft to loud to soft. Firefly was my fave. Gave a beach relax almost high school nostalgia guitar feel.

Vivid by Living Colour
Mar 28 2025

Cult of personality album. Mostly just great rock and roll guitar. Very 80s coded rock. Not funky but has a funk cadence to it. Middle man and Open Letter standouts aside from cult of personality.

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Mar 31 2025

very original jazz. driving beat with soft bass and quiet hi-hat. Punchy but soft trumpet. Half the album was a psuedo "solo" from a jazz band. Decent.

Hail To the Thief by Radiohead
Apr 15 2025

trancelike smooth repetitive rock w/ wailing vocals. 3.5/5

In Our Heads by Hot Chip
Apr 16 2025

Electronic, synth-experimental, typically with driving drums, nasal/thin voice OR almost tuned mellow vocals. These Chains was a notable. 3.5/5
