I didnt have as high hopes going into this one as the last one, but i went in with no preconceived opinion and came out very pleasantly surprised. The fusion of rock and synths create a vibe that i really havent heard in an album ever. I’m a sucker for beautiful electric guitar, and this doesnt disappoint in that department. Supermassive black hole is a w song def going on the playlist. I dont listen to rock as much as other genres so i’m not really the target demographic for this type music, but even i really enjoyed it so i can see how this made the book. 8/10 for me

Its giving wish.com beatles Jkjk its a good experience but idk it doesnt captivate me nearly as much as the ones ive heard already. Fun album to listen to though, i wouldve rather heard it than not. Has some very good songs but they are rly similar to the typa stuff the beatles does. Which isnt a bad thing but id rather just listen to abbey road :/ Does have very impressive guitar segments that i really like.

This sound is very different from all of the other david bowie i’ve heard before, and i’m here for it. It is weird listening to a David Bowie album that is for the most part instrumental, but i guess it’s like the three stacks record. Overall i really like the sound space he taps into although on some songs the phrases can feel pretty repetitive and not completely thought out (like on weeping wall and what in the world). Some songs just sound much more coherent than others, like sound and vision and subterraneans feels much more… intentionally put together.
