1001 Albums Summary

Took a few goes to get through, enjoyed the middle sections which had a more progressive feel.

Very grating 80's sound which I'm not too fond of. Sounds like everything is squished through a narrow tube, which helps to accentuate the vocals which are impressive, as are the lyrics. It's just far enough from pop to be listenable. The 2018 remaster ups the quality and dynamic range. Highlights: Running Up That Hill, Mother Stands For Comfort, And Dream of Sheep, Hello Earth.
