1001 Albums Summary

undeniably groovy but somehow a slog to get through at only 29 minutes. title track is an easy standout pick but unfortunately its all downhill from there. "wrote a song for everyone" reminded me of jets "get born" which i thought was interesting.

i just cant get into the specific brand of groove that seems to have been popular in this era of music. its slow and trudging (qualities that work really well with heavy music), but it is ultimately uninteresting when utilised for almost every track on a rock album. something in the night is really good however, and i will certainly be coming back to that song in the future.
