1001 Albums Summary

I'm sure at the time these songs were wholly original and amazing. However, listening to it now I noticed many of the songs sounds repetitive. Can't Buy Me Love was the stand-out from this album. That's a timeless classic and I love it. Beatles are legendary, so I'm sure my 3-star score won't break their hearts. They have better albums in their catalogue.

I found songs on this album that I recognized and liked. They were also songs that were new to me that I enjoyed. It's a solid album overall but not always my cup of tea. Her voice reminds me of Ellie Goulding at times.

This is quintessential 80s rock to me. A couple of timeless hits that are immediately recognizable. Great sound. I really enjoyed this whole album.
