Gritty, swampy, good ol' fashioned rock.

I didn't appreciate this album as much when I was a teenager. Hazy, slow, multilayered britrock. I found I remembered most of the songs decades later when I didn't think I would.

Vocals, at times, reminded me of Neil Diamond - in a good way. Soaring strings, lots of drama.

I adore this album and always have.

Still a classic.
