1001 Albums Summary

Considered the best Bowie album, my personal favorites remain “Heroes” and “Ziggy Stardust”. A bit too McCartneyesque for me, the songs “Changes” and “Life on Mars” got the nod for my Bowie playlist.

Another synth driven, ambient noise band with a crooner. Not much that hadn’t already been done already ad infinitum.

Not their best album. Morrison so overrated as a lyricist, pointless poetry that most of the time goes nowhere. But the musicianship is quality, especially for the “psychedelic” era. I’ll give this a three since I have three songs in my Doors playlist.

Cinco Estrellas!

Nope....I don't care for English Punk, nor punk in general. But this combo of punk and country is not palatable, at least for me. And to say that this is considered the first "Alt Country album" is an insult to Alt Country. Unlistenable.
