That first track.... went on forever. You can definitely hear his influence on pop, R&B and soul. Cool way to start out!

So good. Almost every track is fantastic and brings me right back. My Hometown = a lost gem.

Man, I dunno. People seem to love SR but I can't get into them. Probably good background for studying or zoning out or waxing my handlebar mustache or something, but I can't get there.

I could listen to this entire damn album over and over again. I actually did. On my regular rotation, which probably means I'm getting old. But damn, so smooth and easy.

I SO love the title of this album. Without You: There's a few dozen melodramatic TV shows/movies that owe all their punch to this song. Coconut: I'm pretty sure this song is why Reservoir Dogs was a hit.

Campy and fun, but the only song I knew was the obvious Walk on the Wild Side.

Didn't know any of this one. Woulda been my vibe in the 90s though.
