this album sucked. it was just boring rock from the 70's. i have no idea how it got on this list.

Humorous, but too heart feely and made for radio play for my tastes. She has a nice quiver in her voice

enjoying it far better than expected, but its the grunge that i grew up on. the themes of sexuality and religion and feminism are interesting to listen to. wont make it into my regular rotation but glad i listened to it.

I was already familiar with 4 of 11 songs on the album. the rest didnt impress enough to get into my psyche. overall, i was kind of disappointed. i dont know if we stand on the shoulders of giants or maybe i need better historical context, but i feel like there was better pyshodelic going on. disreali gears for example, but for the period and writing speed maybe that wouldnt be possible without this album first. also theres better hendrix than the four popular songs from this album.

yo i am loving this. finally something different for me.

interesting theres fade in fade outs between the songs. kinda robs it of an album feel, but i doubt that was the intention to make something album oriented. kinda repetitive, but still enjoyable.
