Groovy!
Already listened to this album before. I consider it a perfect album. The guitar work is awesome. I wish we saw more Hard-rock and Rap fusion in the modern day!
Vocal melodies were interesting, musicianship was uninspired. Sounded like they could’ve written and recorded it in one day. I’m biased in my taste but these are my feelings regarding this album. I will likely never revisit it again.
Can’t say i’m in love with bob dylan’s vocal inflections. He can obviously sing in tune but he bends his voice out of tune in weird ways that don’t work for me. Lyricism is mostly great, sometimes feels like it’s trying too hard to be clever or is pure silliness. A few times I was caught off-guard by the beauty of his lyrics but not often enough to warrant above a 3/5.
A little long and repetitive at parts, probably would be very enjoyable in person though. Overall very groovy and energetic!
