1001 Albums Summary

Wasn't too impressed overall by this album, but I can see it having laid some groundwork for the genre. While slow, and somewhat boring at times when it picks up and gets going you can really jam out to it. It gets loud, emotional, powerful and punches you in the gut with how ear-pearcing it can get. The highlights off this album for me are the songs She's not dead, moving, metal mickey and animal lover. What these songs I loved have in common is that they have quick parts, screaching near-scream vocals and insanely epic guitar solos. Overall, a pretty neat album to get me started on this 1001 album project.

really boring tbh

Teen Age Riot kinda sucked, was way too samey throughout the song which was really long. Silver Rocket had a nice ear piercing noise rock section in the middle of the song which i respected. The Sprawl continued on with the noise flair. Decent background noise.
