1001 Albums Summary

Very fun but very beautiful sounding album. The sort of album I would think of when asked to think of disco as a general concept. Not that it's a bad thing; far from it. Some very endearing and earnest tracks as well as the fun, dancable tracks add for a nice balance of stuff. Combine that with the lead singers gorgeous voice and the catching and captivating instrumentals, it's a good album overall, even if disco really isn't my genre

a very moody and tense album. one that i think is very well put together and has some cool instrumentation when it does show up (some songs feel a bit barebones), but frankly it is not an album i could listen to all the time. it would require a proper mood i feel to properly enjoy this album, one that i dont always experience or feel. still, the alhum is competent and gives the feeling it conveys well enough, its just not for me
