Eminem
Very interesting album for sure. Some real bangers on here, My Name Is, Still Don't Give a Fuck were great. Surprisingly I ended up liking '97 Bonnie & Clyde and My Fault. But some other songs I felt were just... meh. The beats are all fantastic, its more-so where the lyrics were kinda balls. Like Guilty Conscience, or As The World Turns. Like, woah, Eminem song about rape :0 woahhhhh.
It's kinda fascinating though. He obviously writes whatever the fuck he wants, and respect for that shit, but sometimes the 'whatever he wants' ends up being the same shit "edgy" kids in middle school thought was high comedy, especially when it came to shitting on girls, because I guess its hard to pull bitches in 7th grade? Idk, I'm 50-50 on it. Some great songs, some ass songs, would probablt listen to again, or at least parts of it.

The Band
Woah. Just, great shit, truly. This album is just like, pure concentrated Americana right into the veins that scratches your soul juuust right. The Weight is obviously the creme de la creme, but We Can Talk and Chest Fever just fucking rock, man. Hell, they're all great! Can't pick just one.
I know a lot of people think that the Band doesn't stand out much in this day and age, but that's because they did it first, who the hell wasn't inspired by their music? That's why its everywhere. Listening to this album start to finish, I can't help but here all of the great songs that came after as well, from all the people who heard this album, and loved it, too. Beautiful stuff.
