1001 Albums Summary

Iconic cover but I've definitely never intentionally heard any of the songs on this album. Immediately with Smells Like Teen Spirit tho I 1: Recognize a song that I could've never listed as Nirvana, just a general yeah I know it 2: Hear an insane amount of what would've been inspiration fuel for music I listened to in my post 2001 birth youth. Progressing further in the album, I just dont find much enjoyment in this kind of music beyond a one off. I can see why it is so loved tho. It is well done and every song is as good as the last.

Lots of music, which I enjoy. But so far none of the songs have lyrics that grab me. The music however is splendid

Yeah this is definitely my favorite yet. Though it’s probably a 4/5 and the others 3/5 so I’m going to see if I can move those down. Just checked and can’t. But just for the record this is a STRONG 4. I really enjoyed this. Back half of the album has some stellar hits. I was particularly fond of Heavy Metal Drummer
