Not my first time listening, but of course a great album. Second Hand News- a good bop but not one I turn to frequently Dreams- top tier excellent one of the best songs of all time Never Going Back Again- I don’t think I’ve ever listened to this song independently outside of a full album listen, but it does hit when I hear it Don’t Stop- This song is cringe to me. I think of Glee (derogatory) every time I hear it. Go Your Own Way- Perfect Songbird- Also perfect. One of the most beautiful songs. Also makes me think of Glee (non-derogatory). The Chain- The most perfect of all perfect songs on this album. You Make Loving Fun- Another fun one that I forget about and only listen to in the context of the whole album I Don’t Want to Know- same. Amazing harmonies!! Oh Daddy- I swear I’ve never heard this song before. Christine sounds beautiful but for some reason I am not into it. Golf Dust Woman- Another one that I swear I’ve never heard before but I am into it.

Obviously this starts with one of the greatest songs of all time, so I understand why it’s here. The music is absolutely incredible on every song, but a lot of the songs are unfortunately ruined (with all due respect) by the vocals and/or nonsensical lyrics. Indian Sunset — beautiful song and melody, beautifully sung, but I’m not sure how I feel about it. I surprisingly liked Holiday Inn. All the Nasties is Tiny Dancer (reprise) not in a good way. Kind of a lackluster showing.

First 4 songs were bangers. Fell apart after that.
