1001 Albums Summary

Fun listen, the covers were interesting and the entire band sounded great. Vocals were of course the standout.

Might be a controversial opinion but three stars is my rating. While Elvis' voice is famous and you know instantly who it is, I think the music is fairly simple. I like more complex arrangements musically. The cultural significance is second to none however.

Rock masterpiece. Each song is amazing. Musically, lyrically, conceptually cohesive. Great listen.

Not my preferred genre but you can tell that it is an album that comes from the heart. Musically simple, but lyrically and emotionally very complex.
