1001 Albums Summary

First listen. Literally no redeeming qualities. One of the worst albums I have heard in my entire life. The singer sounds like Yoko Ono. The songs do not flow well together, the instruments sound un-coordinated and like a jumbled mess. This album is like losing your virginity, teenagers awkwardly going at it and afterwards at least one of them is going to think this is the best thing they ever did. 1/10

Completely fine background music in a bar or at a cook-out. Won't skip if it is on the radio, but it's not really my style of music. 5/10

Some of the highest highs, and some of the lowest lows from Pink Floyd's great catalogue. Unfortunately it is just too long, with a few too many lesser songs standing on the shoulders of giants such as Young Lust, Another Brick in the Wall, Comfortably Numb, etc. If this 2 disc monstrosity was cut down into one more cohesive, collected, and tighter album, it might legitimately be one of the greatest albums of all time. Unfortunately it is not.

Decent album, a few really solid songs mixed with pure garbage like L'America.

One of the best rock albums of all time, there is only one track i dislike on the entire album.

The album is entirely carried by the mega-hit "Tainted Love".

Definition of meh, won't turn it off if it comes on the radio, but I'll never put it on.

It's so meh that i actually forgot that i had the album on. It just completely faded into the background.
