1001 Albums Summary

I really liked it. A lot of energy. Simple lyrics, great voice with a lot of range and character. Short quick songs. Fun

I would say I was pretty disappointed. He seems to not have a great voice and struggles with some notes and is otherwise unimpressive. The music is relatively interesting with some fun organs etc. but I think he gets carried by the lyrics and songwriting. It’s fine

Unfortunately I did not like it. I want to like punk so badly but it’s just noisy. Some good songs here, you can definitely hear the emotion. Just not for me

I can appreciate the creativity and I’m sure it’s culturally significant but holy shit is this not for me. I can’t even imagine the type of person who would listen to this unironically but I’m sure they reek of cigarettes

Amazing album. I love Stevie wonder but haven’t listened to any albums all the way through. Some hits here and some that I didn’t care for. The slow songs can be a bit self indulgent.
