Classic 70’s rock album with an eclectic blend of jazz, blues, and pop

This album brings back memories of living in LA and discovering so many great artists on KCRW's "Morning Becomes Eclectic" show. And also trekking around Santa Monica and Venice every weekend to various Used CD stores to find the most unique and hip new music. I tend to be drawn to sad, deeply intense and heartfelt Indie rock and folk music, and Elliot Smith is one of the best.
