1001 Albums Summary

I appreciated this album as an important piece of history, so I was glad to have listened to it, but I think 90s rap just isn’t my thing!

Def funky but not rly my vibe. I saved a few songs but it mostly felt one-note. Could def be because I don’t understand French and this is the type of rap where the lyrics/poetry is rly important.

Would’ve been a 3 but the second half of the album brought it up to a 4. A lot of the songs felt a lil disjointed — like 3 diff genres in one song, which I didn’t like even if I liked part of the song.
