hi it’s Jess this is a test I only listened to the first song yesterday but it was cool and I liked how they talked about pizza pie at the end
My phone got stuck on repeat during the third song “Up the Neck” but it didn’t bother me I think I listened to that one three times. the Cuban slide song- it was reminding me of another song that sounds exactly like it and I can’t remember what it was. Unless the song I’m thinking of is this song but I doubt it . I don’t have real thoughts jack u can’t ask me for real thoughts and expect real thoughts it just has to come natural I was thinking about me and u guys while listening to the first few songs
This whole thing just kept reminding me of Elvis during True fine mama (aka Bad bad Leroy brown bc it the sounds the same to me) All I wanted to go was get up and do some boot scootin Ready teddy gave me jailhouse rock vibes Slippin and slidin reminded me of a song a dance teacher would choose for 5 year old tap dance class most of these songs made me feel that they would be fun to know the words to and be able to sing along. After I listened to this I ended up listening to a bunch of songs from the 50s I love the up beat old school vibes Highlights “rip it up” I listened to every take
This album scratches my brain in just the right way. the undiagnosed adhd is LOVING it. But I totally cannot multitask with these songs. I was trying to work with this in the background and no I cannot. since I dont know the lyrics its distracting, and I need to just listen to the album as it’s own task. my dad loves the old school rap stuff and all these songs remind me of songs he used to show me so its fun I was so excited to hear what was next Highlights “It’s Tricky” “Walk this way” “Is it live” fun percussion
this album was fun, loved Blister in the Sun was singing it in the car w my dad haha Not much else to say honestly but I’d give it 4 stars
this was nice to have on as background music for the purposes to come up with a rating for it but idk if I’d choose to just listen to this any other time. Once I started the next song I forgot what the song prior sounded like they all sounded the same to me eventually BUT I FULLY RESPECT IT and think it’s cool & impressive
