Really good chill music. I love the multicultural depth and use of so many different instruments. Feels like an album I could show my Dad and make him think that my music taste doesn't suck.
Not my favorite but I can appreciate the album a lot. Again, an album my Dad would love to hear that I listened to. Favorites are Alone + Easy Target, Good Grief, and X-Static
This album is much more my speed when it comes to rock. It's an album with a lot of soul in it, favorite tracks were Can't You Hear Me Knocking, Sister Morphine, and Moonlight Mile. Loved the use of the strings and piano in the outro of the last song.
Really solid album, I need to listen to more Bruce Springsteen. Favorite tracks were Something in the Night and Racing in the Streets. Can definitely understand why music like this was so foundational.
Hit and miss album for me. I don't mind the length, and really enjoyed all of the acoustic, stripped back songs. 1979 is a song my parents played constantly growing up so that was a nice surprise too, I never knew the name of the song. Grunge rock isn't my favorite genre, but I can appreciate a lot of the artistry of this album as a whole.
