Fun, easy listening, a la Beatles 70s vibe. But not enough going on lyrically or instrumentally to keep me hooked. Enjoyed the folky vibe and quirky British voice, but not seeing much replay value. On to the next!
Classic Allman Brothers—bluesy, jazzy, southern rock straight out of Macon, Georgia. Enjoyed it, but better to listen to while on a boat. More interested in other things, let’s get looking.
Rough start, but overall an album I enjoyed. Heavier than the other Cure songs I’m familiar with, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Cold and Hanging Garden were stand outs that I would listen to again. Go off moody Brits!
