1001 Albums Summary

7/10. noise rock is honestly just not my favorite style of music. the chaotic and out of tune distorted guitar playing was interesting at first, but towards the end of the album the lack of structure and musicality in the jam solos were just hard to get through. that being said i actually did think the album was pretty solid, but a lot of the songs i could do without. rly liked hot wire my heart and a couple others. i think its worthy of a relisten at some point. Just an amazing album overall, super fun listen. Way more dynamic than I thought it would be. Ik Without You is the most popular and acclaimed song on here, but there were def songs I enjoyed more. The moonbeam song was actually so mf beautiful and driving along is getting put into the rotation. Coconut is such a funky song, can't tell if I love it or hate it. Overall super solid. 8.4/10
