nice jazz album. However, I was in the mood of more energetic songs. The first song was nice though. Take five has always been a legend ofc.
It was fun to listen. The kind of stuff that plays in a bar, and you use your Shazam to save it.
For me, the most interesting parts were the guitar lines, which turns out to be written by Eric Clapton :O.
Some songs sounded oddly familiar to me. This might be because of the influence of the album. I probably listen bands which are inspired by Cream. For example, the intro of 'Sunshine of Your Love' resembles intro (after the bass solo) of 'NIB'.
My favorite songs were 'Tales of Brave Ulysses' and 'SWLABR'. In SWLABR after each lyrics line, guitar responds. It's like listening to a conversation.
First time I have listened to a complete album of Adele. I knew some songs like Hello and Miss You beforehand. I was also familiar with others from social media, such as Love in the Dark.
I found the album repetitive. Similar emotions and stories are told across the album: love, break-up, growing up, and missing the old life we used to have. Sounds are similar as well. This is not always a negative aspect for an album, but it is still something I noticed.
Some songs were so generic that I felt like leaving the cinema after watching a Pixar/Disney movie with my kids. Take Water Under the Bridge for example. The flow of credits arises in my mind immediately.
Some songs really touched me. I already listened to and love Miss You. Love In The Dark had a similar effect. I liked how she adapted Phantom of the Opera in Million Years Ago. This song made me remember everything I missed about my life in Ankara. As I am also planning how I will move on with my career in Europe these days, I can foresee all the things I will miss in my future life as well. I will likely listen to some songs from this album then.

I wrote the previous review in the middle of the day, but in the rest of the day some songs stuck in my head. This is why, I increase my rating from 3 to 4.
I have mixed feelings. It was a challenge for me to finish the album. I lost my interest in most songs due to their slow intro. However, as the songs progressed, intricate melodies -maybe not even melody, sound- appeared. I felt like looking at a nebula. Still, these parts were not common and I will have to skip a lot if I want to listen to these songs again. I think they are just not my type.
Absolute cinema. Lauryn Hill's vocals and rap performance was amazing! Absolutely fascinated.
I don't listen to hip hop music much. But I found the elements I love about rap in this album. I sometimes listen to Kendrick Lamar, and I can clearly see that some ideas in his albums are directly used in this album as well. Which shows its influence.
My favourite songs were
Ready or not (here I come, I am gonna fiiiiind you)
Fugeela
Family business
The score
I realized that there are references to previous songs in The Score. But I couldn't catch them all.
I didn't pay attention to the lyrics much, and usually focused on the melody and flow. I want to discover what this album tells in the future.
Popular group, popular songs. As I already knew some of them, I wasn't excited about this album at all. Although there are great songs, I was bored by the acoustic atmosphere in the whole album.
Great songs: Come as You Are, The Man Who Sold The World, Something In the Way
I also liked On A Plain
I hated it. I don't care if it is punk or what. Yavşak bir grup. Caarrrrrss anddd girrrllssss. It was torture to listen to this.
