1001 Albums Summary

I love the intimate feel. I'm a big Elliot Smith fan and a moderate Alex G fan, and candy girl was a strong start for me. Everything else, while meaningful, was just too sloppy to keep me engaged.

I was so ready for Steely dan to show up, but I was not prepared for day 2!! Last 3 songs end it on a slump.

I love the songs on this album, but they do run to sound the same
