SladeReminiscent of The Who, Clash, AC/DC. Not huge on this as I’m not a big fan of ANY of the aforementioned bands. Coarse classic rock n roll vocals with a rhythm and blues backing that is unmistakably of the era. 2.5/5

Strong start with the funky bass lines. Grabbed me the start. Solid album that is produced well, has good instrumentals, and great harmonies. I’m biased because I love steely dan, but this album is a solid 3.5-4 for me. It’s not the most exceptional music but it is universally digestible.
good late 80s brit rock. The vocals are understated and weave though reverb heavy trippy instrumentals. Easy to put on a listen through, despite not being what i typically gravitate towards these days. I would have listened to this way more as a moody teen, but have enough angst as it is in adulthood 4/5
Disclosure: I have listened to this album many times so I am extremely biased. Stan Getz was one of my gateway artists into Jazz/Bossa and a timeless favorite to put on for dinner parties. I'm not going to analyze this one because its frankly I wouldn't do it justice. It's a solid 5/5 with no comments from me.
White guys rapping decently well. It has its place, but it’s not usually in my headphones
