Ray Charles is classic for a reason!
I grew up with this album and I love it!
Another album I grew up with. I may have blinders when it comes to nostalgic music, so I can't be objective. I really enjoyed it!
It wasn't for me but that doesn't mean it wasn't good.
I also grew up with this album. I'm not always in the mood for Radiohead but I do love their sound and I still listen to their albums regularly.
I really enjoyed the early punk sound! The covers were good too. My only issue, that unfortunately colored my opinion slightly, was that the guy on the album cover looks like my brother and he's annoying... I couldn't get it out of my head the entire time I listened to it.
I enjoyed the slower songs in this album more than the upbeat, funk songs.
This is some 90s OG gangsta rap. While I admire rap as a skill, I hate gang culture. So, nah.
Another album I grew up with and I always thought the guitar was transcendent. I feel light when I listen to it. That being said, I won't listen to it often.
I know 'Running Up That Hill' is a great song but the rest if the album honestly put me to sleep.
I'm not really sure how I feel about this album. I don't like or dislike it.
I've always known about Fugazi but never listened. I was totally missing out! I loved this album! Like most albums, not every song was the greatest but it's definitely going in my regular rotation now.
Tom Sawyer was stuck in my head for hours! I actually really enjoy his singing voice and the keyboard is iconic, but the songs were really long. A bit too much instrumental for me.
I actually loved this album! It totally fit the autumn vibe I was feeling! I'm not sure if it's something I'll listen to all the time, so that's why I'm deducting one star.
