1001 Albums Summary

Clocks was a huge part of my 8th grade experience (it seemed like half of our grade - myself included - learned to play this on the piano), so I know I've heard this full album before, but I had very little memory of it. I'm not a huge fan of the newer Coldplay that I've heard, but I enjoyed listening to this and might bring old Coldplay back into my own library.

I was loosely familiar with Black Sabbath prior to listening to this album, but as someone who typically isn't a huge fan of heavy metal, I had low expectations going in. I didn't dislike the album as much as I thought I would, but it's not something I would seek out again for my own personal taste.

As a listener, I tend to be more connected to music than lyrics, but I'm hoping that I will someday find the album that makes me a fan of hip hop. Unfortunately, while I respect it, this album isn't it for me.
