1001 Albums Summary

Tracks very long at the beginning, then become very short. Not a lot of vocals, but instrumental is very goofy-y and interesting. Definitely a discovery and an interesting album. Several languages in the album. Apparently as been considered as an important pop album at some point. It's good music for when you don't know what to listen to because it sounds very interesting so you don't get bored. Has good transitions. Kind of has the same beat throughout the whole album which is very interesting, it's like a single very long song. Track 7 is the most peaceful and the best one in my opinion. Very good first album.

I didn't have the time to listen to everything, I liked "weekend wars". It's good but not my favorite. It was interesting but I don't think I was in the right mood for this album.

Listened while studying but it was definitely good from what I heard. Very acoustic. Rock. Good calm rock music. I liked it, it's the type of stuff I'd listen to during a late night drive.

So so good I love Portishead (already knew this album)
