I can appreciate the legacy of John Lee Hooker and the blues, but this was pretty hard for me to listen to. I think it was the cringe of the pop-music era of the 80s when it was produced. And I generally find blues to be a derivative genre. I'm sure this album is great for blues lovers, but I just don't think it's for me.

Listening to Clapton noodle is tiresome after the second track.

I signed up for this service three days ago. And this is the third blues album that has been recommended. And I hate the blues. At least this isn't derivative, overly noodly, guitar showoffs. It gets two stars for that.

This is the common denominator of Radiohead albums. It's not their best, but it is the favorite. A must-listen for any rock/alternative/indie music fan. And aside from the music, this is the album that innovated the "distribute on the internet and pay what you want" model. It was a cultural milestone in many ways.
