1001 Albums Summary

haven't heard much Elvis except for his mainstream hits which are many but this opened me up to a different Elvis sound. He apparently actually was able to write and perform songs that the general public may not appreciate. Many of the songs on this album really accentuated his iconic voice and his ability to create some different melodies from what we're used to

Classic JC. Sounds great live and fun to hear his personality and banter back and forth with the inmates!

Great bluesy psychadelic sound with JJ’s vocals…lots of organ and heavy drums… finger snapping and toe tapping

Classic. I was graduating high school and this album and cassette tape got worn out by everybody! His legendary voice and that 80's disco dance sound! good mix of different sound and themed music.
