Great guitar playing. I don't always like Iggy's singing. Fav: I need somebody

These are classics of the 2000s, good delivery, great guitars riffs, but so cheesy overall. The sound is so compressed it fails to stick with me.

It's a good album, one can hear Bowie's work as a producer.

Fav: A Higher Place

Everything is in the delivery. One doesn't simply listen to her music, but has to _feel_ it. Every song a strong statement, pulled me in.

Fav: This is bad I danced my desk off. So influential: the jazzy sound of DnB and Jungle in the 90ies, paving the way to an entire new galaxy of genres.

Fav: Amelia Beautiful and subtle, so close to perfection <3 Jaco Pastorius playing bass is just another reason this album is an unforgettable classic.

Fundamental prog-rock album. Very enjoyable: fat loud bass, funky psych, good storytelling, virtuose guitar playing. Released in 1971 (same year as Who's next), likely to have inspired: Camel (73), Supertramp (76), ...

Funky, not funky enough. Somewhat too minimalistic at times. Political! e.g. "Papa Was a Rollin' Stone" Fav: Do Your Think = groovy bassline
