I wasn't the biggest fan of this album but I don't often listen to blues or country style music at all. I also offten listen to faster pased music with deeper tones as in like lots of layerd instruments at different pitches or just faster tempo music. This is the first album of this website I've listened to so idk if my ranking is fair I should come back to it later and do a proper in-depth listen. It was quite relaxing tho so I did enjoy that but overall it wasn't my favourite
Idk if I'll listen to it all today but this is one of not my favourite albums but it's by one of my favourite artists!!!!! I actually jumped for joy when I saw this. I love the moodyness and electronicyness. Some of my favourite tracks are re hash, 5/4, tomorrow comes today, 19200, rock the house and Clint Eastwood. Note to self go listen to the ones you don't normally listen to and see if you like them a little more this time round. It's definitely not my fav gorillaz album but it's up there. What do you know man research clapper is actually a banger.
I quite liked this album it had lots of like horrible history drum beets in it. My fav tracks are the boring ones smells like teen spirit and come as you are. I think the thing I personally didn't like was the songs didn't have depth as in lots of chords witch is something I like. I think I definitely should give it another proper listen but it was a jolly album
To my suprise I actually enjoyed this album. Idk why I find it surprising but anyway. Some of the songs I found quite slow but they were relaxing and would be good studdy music. My favourite tracks were sly, euro child and heat miser. I loved the electronic sound and I think reggae beat, over all it was a solid album.
This was enjoyable to listen to and I definitely need to again to get like a proper vibe of it. I loved the combo of guitar and 80s sinth but there were no songs that stood out to me as in id go back- so I should probably re listen but overall it was solid but not my favourite but like I didn't dislike it you know
I didn't listen to the full album but of what I listened to I really enjoyed but not In a way that made me want to go back to it. I feel evil saying that 😖. Anyway I love how it was recorded live cos it reminded me of this lovely jazz singer who used to perform at the local pub witch I really enjoyed
I enjoyed this especially the father ted song and the one about the charge of the light brigade, it was a jolly and upbeat but interesting album. I really liked the sound and need to listen to it again
I didn't listen to the whole album, at first I was like ugh wth is this but some of the songs I enjoyed they were more fast or like layered ig, I'm not sure id listen again but it wasn't bad you know
This was definitely a good listen, It wasn't too boring but idk if I have any stand out favs yet. I did like the oldy rock feel it had. ( Don't crusify me idk music terminology) It was jolly and had some of that layering I like you know. I should probably go back and give it another shot later on
It was definitely very interesting.i didn't finish it but it was very experimental and not like the small amount of xtcs other work I know. I'm not sure it's my cup of tea but it was very good
Idk this is definitely not usually what I would listen to, but with my very lacking musical knowledge I personally think it is incredibly good musically. Like to me it's not the most engaging like I would dance like a maniac to it ( my sign of good music personally) but it is very enjoyable to listen to especially while doing my evil epq. Like the techniques seem like so fancy and like technical it seems just so well written. I can't give it a 5 cos idk I would go back and listen on repeat like some of my favourite albums but it's definitely one of the better albums I have been recommended and I really enjoyed it
It was enjoyable to listen to but I don't think it's my cup of tea to listen to on a regular basis. It is good though to listen to whilst reading cos no lyrics and it is quite relaxing. I think it's very good jazz music but it's not for me fully
