Phenomenal
It's nice. I've always had such a hard time connecting to it though. I like the energy of the band, and Patti's vocals are always very theatrical. The album just sits weird in my head though, like so what just happened actually? Stars: Birdland and Kimberly
Pre-listen thoughts: okok, have had this one saved in my library for nearly five years. Very familiar, just never one I've found as easy to return to as most people seem to think. Mysterons, Strangers, and Wandering Star are most memorable to me. I'm excited to really think on this listen. After listen: wow. a real masterclass in production, never heard anything like this. I'd say no skips though it's not quite 5 stars for me. It could work up to it potentially.
Cool. Was a lil unimpressed in the first half but it picked up. I like the energy.
Real nice. Homeward bound is amazing, coincidence that this was my christmas eve pull and it closes with silent night?
