Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix

Already listened to. Incredible performance from Jimi on the guitar, definitely proves his worth at a potential runner for best guitarist of all time. In my mind he fits that bill. Very funky and at the time very different album.

OK Computer by Radiohead
Dec 22 2025

Astronomical album. Already listened to and has solidified itself in my top 10 and maybe my top 5. The creative genius of Radiohead in this album shines with their new sound and style presented all throughout this album. It has emotional and gritty songs, and has an ability to switch to a more 'upbeat' and less emotionally drived song without any issues. Very very iconic, really indulging into this project makes you see that there isn't really any skips on this album. 11/10

The Man Machine by Kraftwerk
Dec 23 2025

Very interesting sound to this album. The opening is a standout for me, as the synths used consistently through the song are very pronounced yet work very well and are very groovy. The album follows a similar sound and rhythm in all it's songs. However, the songs do drag for me, just dead space being filled at the end of the song with the same repetitive melody that was played through the song. Not necessarily an issue but for me I want to experience a new sound and a new single and that's what is struggle with on this. Overall though it it very good

In Our Heads by Hot Chip
Dec 25 2025

Solid album. Synths on this album play a huge part and I prefer it more than kraftwerk. Still suffers the same fate in certain areas as it drags on. But it is doable as it actually has a handful of similar and playful lyrics to compensate for the long songs on this album, as it overall clocks in at around an hour which I consider to be a little longer for a genre like this.

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Dec 30 2025

Very solid album. Industrial indie tones make this album stand out and the opening track is my biggest standout for me.

Machine Gun Etiquette by The Damned
Dec 31 2025

Very rebellious album. The punk style to this album screams a vibe of adventure and thrill. Don't wanna sound too deep, but I seriously enjoyed the tracks that went hand in hand together. Gives off American "the clash". Very solid album and would recommend to those getting into this genre, as it's not too demanding and challenging.

AND I SET FIREEEEE, TO THE RAINNN. (I think this is on the album I didn't listen to it, but love Adele)

Marquee Moon by Television

As of listening to this, I'm really enjoying it. He vocal performance for the main singer is unique, but fits the overall pink aesthetic it's going for. And it achieves that very well. It has really heavy guitar riffs, feeling like they have weight to them and the drums work simultaneously with them
