what a surprise, hit jackpot from the very first time! groovy af, the melody is sweet, funky, and somewhat upbeat! felt like a handshake from an old friend who you reconcile with after several years spent apart.

i don't feel a lot of festivity since i don't celebrate christmas so this album falls a little flat. good music though, homey and full of fluff.

not really my cup of tea. the guitars made you feel excited and energized but the overall musicality of this album is not something i'm looking for. sick riffs tho. standard testosterone charged songs.

i imagine the songs felt a lot like the fabric stevie wore in the album cover art. velvety, soft, but rich in color and patterns.
