- already somewhat familiar (specifically with running up that hill due to strager things) - running up that hill - catchy and recognizable - i love her voice - hounds of love - i like the string instruments in the back and the vocals - the big sky - makes me feel like im driving into the distance on a summer day - it feels kinda relatable cuz id kill to be a kid just looking at the sky again - potential fav - mother stands for comfort - the intro with the drum beat made m eexpect something more upbeat - its not something i might listen to regularly - kinda reminds me of some of mitskis newer stuff - cloudbusting - love the backtrack - sounds so familiar but cant place it - i love how she makes music out of stories and books like wuthering heights and i lowk wanna try that - potential fav - she always has such cool back tracks - and dream of sheep - piano reminds me of mama im coming home by ozzy - makes me lowk sad and its very emotional - familar and sad themes - under ice - this makes me feel like im walking to battle - idk if id listen to it much more but i understand the potential appeal - waking the witch - i really like the shift from the intro to the vocals and music coming in - i love how you feel you are going thru the experience in the song watching you without me - vibey - its neat how shes telling a story and connecting all these songs as this girl lost at sea, then witch hunted and now continuing to watch over her lover - like the reverse vocal thing - witchy vibe - i realy like how she adds in sea elements woth that theme of being lost at theme thru the songs - jig of life - this being a future self giving a pep talk is lowk perfect cuz id kill for that future me to come give me a pep talk rn to push thru - like the folky scottish sound with the like pipes and fiddles - hello earth - not my usual sound but looking up background on it its super cool that she used the part from noseferatu - the morning fog - lowk wanna learn the guitar/mandolin? or wtv that is part - rlly like it - feels like spring - this album feels like an early spring morning where theres a crispness to the air but you have the warm sun shining on you and all the snow from thwe winter is slowly melting - fav - the big sky or cloudstopper but more the big sky - least fav- under ice - would listen to again and adding favs to my playlist!!
