Popular Reviews

Foo Fighters by Foo Fighters

Pretty nice if not a bit boring and generic, also indirectly responsible for all shitty butt rock so fuck this album for that.

Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane
Jan 02 2026

60s Psych Rock / Folk album. Nice but nothing too interesting. 6/10

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Jan 03 2026

60s Swamp Rock. Classic, I prefer Willy and the Poor Boys but this ain't too far behind.

Young Americans by David Bowie
Jan 04 2026

Pretty dull and uninteresting despite the novel premise of a Bowie Soul album. Also he kinda looks like Michael Gira on the cover.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jan 05 2026

Nice & warm Roots Reggae. I find Reggae albums in general to turn kind of dull when listened to in full and that applies to this one too, despite that it is more diverse in its general sound than other Wailers albums so it feels like less of a slog to get through; Overall I enjoyed it more than I did Exodus.

Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Jan 06 2026

A dull, unoriginal, bland, and especially repetitive piece of rubbish which goes nowhere throughout its HOUR LONG runtime. A complete waste of time. All songs sound the same with the exact same structure, so it gets tiring after the first two songs, the production doesn't help it in the slightest somehow managing to make everything sound 10x more bland and uncreative. Listening to this is a complete waste of time, it doesn't matter how 'deep' the lyrics are (which they are not) if the music is total rubbish. If you asked an AI to generate a 90s rock album you'd get this piece of crap.

Van Halen by Van Halen
Jan 07 2026

Nice cheesy 80s Hard Rock. Also what is probably the first 'true' Glam Metal album proper, probably. I went in thinking I would hate this but I ended up liking it more than I thought. This is the type of stuff Hells Angels used to listen to so its a pure testosterone fest.

The Clash by The Clash
Jan 10 2026

Absolute Classic. Police & Thieves is still stuck in my head after all these years.

Foo Fighters by Foo Fighters
Jan 11 2026

Pretty nice if not a bit boring and generic, also indirectly responsible for all shitty butt rock so fuck this album for that.

Who's Next by The Who
Jan 13 2026

Boring Dad Rock, nothing interesting to be found here, historically important record for sure but I don't like this style of Rock.
