1001 Albums Summary

I could tell straight away this album wasn’t really gonna be for me. I got the impression it was a punk-band “experimenting” or “trying something new” but i’m not sure what it was they were going. A lot of the songs felt void of any hooks and I found a lot of the lyrics/vocals fairly insufferable. There was a run of songs in the middle of the album that I thought were decent, my favourite being ‘Flitcraft’. Overall, it felt pretty lacking and nothing really stuck with me. 1.5 stars.
