I like this album, definitely folk elements and meant to be some form of activism. I would over rate it an 8/10 just because I feel like some of melodies and tempos of the songs weren’t my favorite. I really loved the instruments and the lyrics. talkin’ bout a revolution - 7.5/10: I really like her voice in this and the lyricism is very good, the music in the background is nice, it definitely seems like activism/ calling for change!! fast car - 8/10: I definitely like the progression, her songs are very hopeful and fun; a little too repetitive for me across the lines - 9/10: I absolutely love the lyrics. she’s very good at adding emotion and calling for change, exposing dark truths abt society and segregation behind the wall - 6/10: I LOVE the message, just not my vibe. baby I can hold you - 7.5/10: I like it it’s calming, not my favorite but not bad at all mountains o’ things - 8/10: I like the message and instruments, it does feel a little boring but it’s good she’s got her ticket - 9/10: SOO GOOD!! I really love how fun it is. it feels freeing in a sense why? - 9/10: very good!! love the speed as well as the message. for my love - 9/10: I LOVE this song. I really like how it tells a story and represent the toll the love takes on her if not now… - 8/10: I like the way she uses her voice in this song for you - 7/10: it’s good and I like the lyrics as well as the guitar
