1001 Albums Summary

Dig it, Not what i expected but that isnt a bad thing. Expected a dark, gritty, raw "punk" album but got a beautiful and melodic album. Ahead of its time. can hear its influence in other bands music.(the boss came to mind.) can hear the influence and who doesnt dig a horn every now and again.

boring. if not for the titular track and maybe public animal #9 the whole album would be skippable. reminds me of something ive heard before just done not as well

meh. started off real strong but started losing my interest by the end. perhaps its because the singles from this album are such bangers the other songs fall victim to subconscious comparisons but i couldnt get into them. didnt hate it but didnt love it.

A mark of a great album is it leaves you wanting more.

Frank has good songs but they seemed to miss this album. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the standards. The first track is the only thing that saved it from being rated a 1
