Songs For Swingin' Lovers! by Frank Sinatra

Sinatra might be the greatest male vocalist of all time. Absolute classic, the songs are massive, and his voice transports you into a new world. They don’t make them like this anymore

Franz Ferdinand by Franz Ferdinand
Jan 27 2026

Extremely energetic, the riffs are catchy and the vocals are very classic for the time. I thought the songwriting was kind of lacking and a lot of the tempos repeat. Overall very good!

British Steel by Judas Priest
Jan 28 2026

First guitar riff makes me wanna speed. I feel like the singer is in a skit where he was a little British boy reading a scroll from the king to peasants and then spontaneously broke into a metal rock band. United kind of sucked. Red, White, Blue snore Even if you don't like this music, I feel like the influence of this album has to be respected. The one problem I have had with metal rock my entire life is the vocals, and it doesn't really stop here. The musician ship is amazing and a lot of the playing style is what later influenced greats like Metallica. Overall a very important and great album.

American Pie by Don McLean
Jan 29 2026

This is an average Americana album that happens to have a generation defining song headlining.

Done By The Forces Of Nature by Jungle Brothers
Jan 30 2026

Really really good. Never heard a blend of jazz rap and house music like that. Sad it’s not on Spotify I had to listen on YouTube. It dragged a little towards the end but for this to be released in 1988, insane

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Jan 31 2026

Peak music. The tempo changes and riffs are amazing. The use of woodwinds really add some atmosphere. Pioneers of Prog rock, and this isn’t even their best album.

After The Gold Rush by Neil Young
Feb 01 2026

Honestly I've never loved Neil Young's voice. Harvest Moon is very good but this album didn't have the same bite that his best album does. If I want to listen to this type of music there are much better options to me.

Roxy Music by Roxy Music
Feb 02 2026

Really fun and interesting! You can hear the influence this had on the Talking Heads and B-52s, the voices are really funky and I like a lot of the musicianship. It’s a little raw and the producing isn’t the greatest but overall great!

Coles Corner by Richard Hawley
Feb 04 2026

I really liked his voice actually and I thought it was smooth. Kind of bland and not anything that unique. For an artist that small I’d say a great album

Songs For Swingin' Lovers! by Frank Sinatra

Rip It Up by Orange Juice
Feb 06 2026

Very groovy, and typical post-punky 1980s. I enjoyed the versatile percussion and synths, but the main turnoff for me was the voice. It felt a little like poor mans Talking Heads. But, for something this niche very good!

Feb 07 2026

You could call this modern classic, some elite elite songs, also some weak parts at the end. Wouldn’t give it 5 stars partially cause it’s not really my taste, but I wouldn’t balked at the idea

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder
Feb 09 2026

I love Stevie Wonder, some of my favorite songs of his are off this album. Higher Ground and Golden Lady are 10/10s, but I wouldn’t say this is up to Songs in the Key of Life. That is a straight up 10/10, this I would say is still like 9/10, so I’m rounding up to 5 stars

Low-Life by New Order

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin

Arguably the greatest album of the greatest rock band ever
