Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Feb 02 2026

Overall, as someone who likes prog rock but has never really delved into Pink Floyd, I loved this album with every song being good. I can certainly see myself listening to a song on this album and then think to myself to put on the entire album

Feb 03 2026

This is a very experimental album. Speakerboxxx has some great songs in there and not many flops. The love below on the other hand, is shit... so many songs that just dont go anywhere and only Hey Ya that is good. The whole album is a dread to listen through being 2 hours and 14 minutes and there are many songs they could've taken out.

American Idiot by Green Day
Feb 04 2026

This album is pure nostalgia for me. GreenDay was my favorite band from 11 to 14 years old. It tells the current state of America very well with a song such as American Idiot (even though its from more than 20 years ago). I am listening to the album on Spotify (sadly), and Holiday and Boulevard of Broken dreams (Green Day's 2 best songs) are together on a single track and the transition between the two is just perfect. However not every song is amazing and it was kind of disappointing hearing the whole album because the songs that are actually good I already knew and the rest was just meh at best.

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Feb 05 2026

I did not find anything special in this album. I found it quite repetitive and 2 songs that take up half of it and are just mediocre or straight up bad (Keep on Chooglin' and Graveyard Train respectively. The only reason that this isnt a 1 star is Born on the Bayou which is the only decent song.
