1001 Albums Summary

This album is a cautionary tale of how it only takes one album to derail your whole band’s trajectory. Pre-Seventh Tree they were well on their way to super stardom. Then they pulled the handbrake with this album and never quite recovered from it. I mean it is not a bad album, it’s just…erm.. forgettable. Why was Black Cherry - their creative peak - not chosen for this list?

What a fun Album! Other than the obvious "Heart of Glass", I never really knew their music. What struck me is that they were a lot edgier and "rockier" than I thought. I now get the whole fuss around Debbie Harry - She is amazing! Great album, and definitely deserves to be on the list.

I can completely understand why this album was so well received when it came out. Having been in my early 20's when it was released, this album definitely captured the zeitgeist of late 1990's. That being said, not so sure it has aged as well as it would have wanted, but interesting nonetheless.

Great Album from a Great Band!

I don’t know man, but I just can’t see what’s so amazing about this album. Sound like like so many albums of that era… anyways… pass on this one.

4.5/5 - A Cracking Album. Probably the most fun album I have listened to on this list! They sure don't make them like this anymore.

Man, what an album! This is my first 5 star album, and so happy I have found this artist! This album will definitely become a staple on my playlists.

Wowsers... the 60's sure was a wild era. They certainly don't make albums like this anymore - Iggy was something else! Epic Album.

This album still hits sooo hard after 20 years. That is a testament of how bloody good this album is!
