woo first album. I liked it. Instrumental. Not crazy about it but it's cool to see how bebop and rock evolved out of jazz.

Very nostalgic, very seventies. I want to listen to it while reading a retro sci-fi novel.

Janis Joplin is super important to rock history and women's role in it. However. I don't like this album. This is like, music that plays while you're using the bathroom at a gas station on the way to L.A. Music to get lectured to. It sounds like home but not in a good way.
