1001 Albums Summary

This album has been on my list for awhile (like, years). Glad I finally got around to listening to it. I always love an album that has dialogue in between songs becaues it makes it feel even more like a story. I personally felt like the middle was a bit slow, but the beginning and ending were great. I definitely have to take a look into the lyrics because I know they are a super important part of this album. Favorites - "Every Ghetto, Every City" to the end

Really enjoyed this one! Has the great classic rock sound that I love. I know some of his later stuff so it was fun to listen to some of his earlier work. Favorites - "The Wild One, Forever"

Another one that I've heard many praises about- rightfully so! I was taken aback from the very first song all the way to the end. It felt like a nice dinner with friends, chill and magical. Favorites - “What’s Going On,” “God Is Love,” “Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology)”

I've always loved this one! This was one of the first CDs I bought so it's extra special in that sense too. This is definitely almost a no-skip album for me. It kind of has the same soothing vibes as What's Going On. Favorites - “It’s Too Late,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” “Where You Lead”

Great album! Loved getting to expand on my Duran Duran discography. I already know their popular songs so I enjoyed getting to hear the rest of the album. Favorites - "Hungry Like The Wolf," "Save A Prayer"
