1001 Albums Summary

I wouldn't exactly choose to listen to this ever again, but I do see the way that it influenced newer music. It honestly feels more like horror music, with a super disconcerting vibe. It's atypical for horror music to have lyrics, and I find that interesting.

This isn't the genre of music I normally go out of my way to listen to, but I really, really liked this! I think I recall playing through a number of these songs on Guitar Hero, so that brought on some nostalgia.

I didn't hate it. There's a really interesting jilted nature to the beats. Shoplifting is probably my favorite, but I'm not 100% sure. I wouldn't say that the singing is good from a technical standpoint? But there's a certain charm to it, just how raw it is, especially combined with the really jilted beats. I don't know. Not my favorite, but it was enjoyable.

Enjoyed this one! I like just having it on in the background. The songs have such an interesting vibe to them.
