1001 Albums Summary

I’ve known this album for a long time. Sometimes hard to hear it as a whole because the singles are so huge but every song is good.

I really love this one, and it’s my 6th favorite Radiohead album. It kind of feels like the closest Radiohead came to a “White Album” with all the variety and the longer run time.

This could probably be considered their magnum opus; the way the songs all work together, the extended song lengths and the peak of their sophistication. I’d still usually grab for Countdown to Ecstasy or The Royal Scam, but its an undeniably great album.

AC/DC have such a great groove to their playing. I enjoyed the first few tracks but my enjoyment kind of fell off after that and I thought that night prowler was gross. I’m sure there are Led Zep songs that are just as filthy that I probably love.

Not quite as good as You’re living all over me, but still solid. I don’t always like the last track but the album is still a favorite!
