Metallica by Metallica

Overall, an exciting project, the instruments used and the intensity of it are very enjoyable. The best way I can describe it is as final boss/epic movie scene music for sure. I can apprieciate the cult following of metallica off this albumn but personally not exactly my cup of tea that's why overall gets a 7.5/10 from me. Favourite songs have to be sad but true and of wolf and man. (wish there was a way to give half a star, so it gets 3 stars) Rough commentary as I listened: This would be the first rock album I have listened to, and must I say, Enter Sandman is a captivating song for sure, instantly had me wanting to shake my head. Something I would typically reserve for something like a Chief Keef song, lol. Intro alone, it is off to a good start; the drums and guitar are captivating as fuck. Enter Sandman - 8/10 Sad But True - 9/10 Goes Hard so far, but the only emerging criticism is the sly repetitiveness in sound. Holier than thou - 7/10 The Unforgiven - 6/10, different tone than the start, at least. Wherever I may roam - 8/10 Don't tread on me - 6.5/10 Through the never - 7.5/10 (final boss music) Nothing else matters - 8/10 (best vocals on the albumn) Of wolf and man -8.5/10 The God that failed - 7/10 My friend of misery - 7/10 The struggle within -7/10

Classic, what a debut album. Just slightly falls off near the end for me but still great quality.
